"It is free to be on the page, but do you take a percentage of the sales? If yes, how much?"

It's free to sign-up and displays your products. We will only take 10% of commission when you make a sell. We believe that our vendors should not pay to be on our website, as we want them to grow. So if you don't make anything, you're not losing anything, and if you make a sale, we're both winning. We will do many marketing and events to promote our vendors and emphasized to buy local.

"How are we aware if we make a sale?"

You are going to receive an email from [email protected], and you will see a notification on your vendor Dashboard. 

Someone from our Delivery Team will get in touch with you to coordinate the pick-up from your place to deliver it directly to the client.

"Can we opt-in or opt-out as we pleased?"

Yes, you can. We do not any contract binding us together, and we do not have exclusivity on your products. We want to empower you and to help you grow. Do what you think is best for you even if we believe that our incredible team is always going to do everything to help you.

"Are payments processed through your website?"

Yes, they are, and once we know that your customer received his order or that we have a confirmation that you shipped it, we will pay you.

"I received an order, and it's complete. How do I receive my money?"

3 elementary steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Lokals.mu account
  2. Go to "My Transactions"
  3. Click on "Make a Withdrawal"

After receiving your request, we will transfer you the money 💸

"I don't have delivery in place, can I still be on your website?"

YES! We have our own delivery system in place, and it's FREE for you. When you make a sell, someone from our Delivery Team will get in touch with you to coordinate the pick-up from your place to deliver it directly to the client.
